The working relationship
What do we ask from Founding Customers?
- Use IngeniStudio on genuine production work.
- Provide practical feedback from that use.
- Identify problems, friction and areas needing improvement.
- Participate sufficiently for the pre-launch production experience to be useful.
There is no requirement to provide a positive testimonial. Feedback is expected; praise is not.
Outside the subscription
When separate work is required.
Ordinary onboarding is included. Where required, the following work may be quoted separately:
- Extensive customer-specific setup.
- Substantial custom configuration.
- Customer-specific development.
